Privacy Policy

ArsDoctrinae is operated by Verifyve LLC, the owner of which is the Sunday school president in a local ward. It is not for profit and is run as the Sunday School presidency for its own leaders and instructors. This page explains how member information is handled inside this workspace. It is a plain-language description of our own practices, not a certification or an independent audit.

Purpose

ArsDoctrinae exists for one reason: to organize Sunday School — weekly curriculum, instructor assignments, substitute requests, and lesson discussion. Information here is used for that organizational purpose only.

What is stored

Only what the workspace needs to function, and only what a leader or member enters themselves:

• Name, email address, calling or position, and class assignment.
• Teaching assignments, calendar items, and substitute requests you create.
• Messages, forum posts, and notifications you send inside the workspace.

We do not collect personal records beyond this, and we do not ask for or keep sensitive information such as membership records, financial details, health information, or government identifiers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share member information with anyone outside the workspace.
• We do not run advertising, ad trackers, or third-party analytics profiles.
• We do not use anything entered here for marketing.
• We do not keep records for members who are no longer part of the workspace.

Who can see it

Access is by invitation from the presidency only — nobody can sign themselves up. Content is visible only to verified members of this workspace, and some areas (such as the instructor council) are limited further by position.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only while it is useful for organizing classes. When a member is released or asks to be removed, their profile and personal details are deleted from the workspace. To request correction or deletion of anything about you, contact the Sunday School presidency directly and we will handle it.

Security

Sign-in requires email verification, and human-verification (CAPTCHA) is used on sign-in forms to limit automated abuse. Data is stored with our hosting provider and access is restricted to signed-in, invited members. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask members not to post anything confidential or sensitive in messages or forums.

Children

Accounts are created by the presidency for leaders and instructors. This tool is not intended for use by children, and youth class members do not have accounts.
